Finally, a Lookbook post. My last entry was a month ago. I miss doing this. Anyway, I brought my friends to Moonleaf Tea Shop so that they can try the milk teas that I’ve been telling them. Our original plan was to take my outfit photo there but I was so shy again because there were a lot of people at the shop. So we went to Eastwood again. Haha. I like wearing clothes with darker shades these days. It hides my flabs ^_^

Read some negative comments about me on an online forum. All I can say is screw them. Yeah, I got affected of what they have said but I just got more psyched to do what I love to do (Walang basagan ng trip). Thanks to the people who gave me comforting messages.

All I want is to become a model. Since I started blogging, I met new friends, went to events, and learned a lot about fashion. I even got the chance to talk to my fashion inspirations. These small things make me happy and contented that I have almost set aside my primary goal at the start. I hope that this will continue.

Enough with the ranting. Haha. Can’t believe that I already have 10 looks in Lookbook. I actually thought that I will not make it to 3 looks because no one supports my dreams at first. Thanks to my new friends! I get motivated everyday because of them. So motivated that I do my best to dress up everyday. They made me feel that I am not alone. I’m still ranting here. Haha.

Everybody loves Friday! Went to Eastwood to watch X-Men First Class with friends. It was my first time to watch a movie at Eastwood Mall and it was really nice there. And of course, I will not let my happy day just pass by without doing a shoot. Haha.

Got some of what I’m wearing from the recently concluded Bloggers United. I also call this look the “David Guison x Paul Jatayna” look because I got the boots from David and the bone necklace from Paul.

I want to give credit to my friend KC here. She is the only one who says yes to me whenever I DEMAND a shoot because no one really wants to take pictures of me. She is a travel and food blogger by the way. Maybe I look like food to her. She even calls me Bastilicious. Thank you for supporting my “becoming a full-fledged model” dream :)

Nigel Barker and Miss J Alexander in Manila

America’s Next Top Model judge Nigel Barker and runway coach Miss J Alexander dropped by here in Manila to do a series of talks regarding showing one’s beauty. I was hesitant first to go to this event but thankfully I did. 

The event was hosted by Ms. Bianca Valero.

First up was Nigel Barker. He gave tips on how to pose in front of the camera and also how to become a good photographer.

Then comes Miss J Alexander. He had a grand entrance. Super funny guy. He gave pointers in walking on the catwalk.

Hot girl!

Definitely learned a lot in this event.
