We just had our annual team building and its my third one. I feel a bit old. Come to think of it, this is the office I've stayed the longest. This just shows that I'm very comfy with the people around. Well most of (kidding). Like what I always say, I may not be able to absorbed all the technical stuff that I should learn but I've learned a lot of life lessons from my officemates. Some I'm applying in my daily life, and some that I will never ever ever do. My favorite part of the team building is the circle of question where in everyone asks a question and then all should answer it. This makes us know more about ourselves.
We can't avoid that people come and go. Its hard to pretend not to look sad because they are leaving. I should change the title of this post to To A Smaller Team. LOL. But I'm really happy for them. Where you go to work and what you do can always change but the memories will always remain. Goodluck guys! You know who you are.
As for the people remaining, we can do it like we always do! We are a bunch of crazy people that can make any situation happy despite how few we are now. With all the changes coming (policies, friendships, relationships????, etc.) coming our way, I just hope for the best. No stressing.
