10-Day Challenge

Gonna do this diet plan called the Master Cleanse because I've noticed that some of my pants don't fit anymore. Booohoo! All I can intake for 10 straight days is fresh lemonade with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Started today and I still can't believe that I made it through the day with only 8 glasses of liquid. Oh well, if I don't lose weight, I'll just delete this post. Haha. Right now, I'm 68kg. Let's see what will happen in the coming days.
